Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the purchase date. After leaving our fulfillment warehouse, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on the shipping method you select. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Please be aware that delivery times may be extended during promotional events or holidays due to increased order volumes.

Grateful & Blessed is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with the US Postal Service
  • Entered the wrong shipping address
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. Please file a claim with the carrier.

Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes as required by state and local regulations. Prices, availability, and delivery rates are subject to change. While we strive for accuracy, some items may display errors in pricing, descriptions, or images. We reserve the right to limit orders on any items affected by these discrepancies.

Returns

We offer a return policy within 14 days from the date of delivery, which applies only to damaged or defective items. Contact us at info@gratefulblessedboutique.com with the order number and a picture of the damaged product within 14 days of receiving the product.

Exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs when returning an item, and the shipping costs are non-refundable. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and the original packaging as when it was received.
